O presente artigo busca abordar a técnica da ampliação da colegialidade a partir de sua base principiológica e antecedentes legislativos, apontando as causas concretas que tornam o expediente processual mero requisito formal e que desvirtuam, por conseguinte, sua finalidade de promover a deliberação entre os membros do órgão julgador.
The present article tries to analyze the technique of the expansion of the collegiality from its principological bases and legislative antecedents, pointing out the concrete causes that make the expedient just a formal requirement and therefore detract from its purpose of promote the deliberation among members of the judicial body.
