A onda de ateÃsmo atual acusa a religião de ódio à razão e valorização da cruz e do nada. O presente artigo mostra a crÃtica mais elaborada feita por Nietzsche, em especial ao cristianismo, e a contrasta em seguida com a polêmica satÃrica de Kierkegaard contra a cristandade de seu tempo, uma crÃtica que apela sempre ao Novo Testamento como critério da “cristicidadeâ€. Busca assim, a partir da leitura dos dois pensadores, traçar um ideal de prática cristã, que terá de incluir sempre sofrimento e amor.
The present wave of atheism accuses religion of hating Reason and valorizing the Cross and nothingness. The present article presents Nietzsche’s most elaborated criticism, especially of Christianity, and contrasts it to Kierkegaard’s satirical polemic against the Christendom of his times, a criticism that appeals to the New Testament, as a criterion for “Being Christianâ€. The aim of this paper is, therefore, to outline an ideal Christian praxis based on a reading of these two philosophers, which will always include suffering and love.
