Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil – uma polÃtica de democratização e inclusão social da educação superior no PaÃs?’ é um estudo preliminar que trata da implantação da Universidade Aberta no Brasil. Sua intenção é promover uma reflexão inicial tendo como foco da discussão o desafio de compreender se o novo ‘modelo’ proposto pelo Ministério da Educação para ser institucionalizado no PaÃs caracteriza-se efetivamente como uma polÃtica pública voltada à democratização e inclusão social da educação superior.

Open University of Brazil - a policy of social inclusion and democratization of higher education in the country? "is a preliminary study that deals with the establishment of the Open University in Brazil. His intention is to promote an initial reflection of the discussion focusing on the challenge to understand whether the new 'model' proposed by the Ministry of Education to be institutionalized in the country is characterized as an effective public policy directed towards democratization and social inclusion in higher education.
