REPRESENTAÇÃO SOCIAL DA VOZ DO ESTADO NO DISCURSO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO

We opt to study the technology and development discourse, matter that has gotten world debate, since it is necessary the use bigger time of the energy as combustible for the development of the companies that generate “the wealth” of the nations. We choose a report from 1905, research ordered for the State’s governor to take care of economic interests of Brazil, in relation to the construction of hydroelectric plants in the State of São Paulo. On molds of the French Discourse Analysis (AD), which brings for theory of discourse history and subject, we highlight the interdiscourse of the ideology of the State (representative of the globalization). We show as the subjects of the analyzed discourse-report reach the economic objectives of the State of São Paulo and the bourgeoisie pre-industrial in the initial period of century XX, by means of a scientifi c rational discourse that anchors the institutional discourse of the State, supported for the positivist philosophy of scientifi c matrix.
