O jornalismo está presente no Cinema, através de personagens que ajudaram a construir mitos. O jornalista herói e o vilão estão representados em variados filmes de épocas diversas. O jornalista sem escrúpulos é aquele que utiliza a notícia a seu favor, não tem compromisso com a verdade nem com a comunidade da qual faz parte.Este texto objetiva estudar o jornalista vilão, através do personagem Vladimir de Castro (Tonico Pereira), dono do Jornal “A trombeta”, do filme “O Bem Amado” (2010) de Guel Arraes.Para compreender o factóide “tubarão em Sucupira”, recorremos a hipótese do newsmaking (produção de notícias) com a contribuição de Hohlfeld (2011) e Wolf (1985) bem como a ética essencial para os profissionais de comunicaçãoà luz dos ensinamentos de Christofoletti (2008) e Fidalgo(1997).
Journalism is present in Cinema, through characters who helped build myths. The journalist hero and villain are represented in different films from different eras. The unscrupulous journalist is one who uses the news to them, has no commitment to the truth or to the community which makes part.This paper aims to study the journalist villain, through the character of Vladimir Castro (TonicoPereira) owner Journal "the trumpet", the movie "O Bem Amado" (2010) of Guel Arraes.
