Este trabalho trata da relativização do conceito de soberania em face dos tratados internacionais. Para elaboração do trabalho foi realizada uma análise do conceito de soberania, bem como um breve estudo sobre a teoria dos tratados internacionais. O foco da pesquisa é voltado para a sociedade moderna e globalizada, sujeita à nova ordem mundial que é imposta. Neste sentido, foi preciso apresentar algumas considerações sobre o tema, demonstrando o posicionamento de doutrinadores e aplicadores do Direito que atuam e estudam as regras de Direito Constitucional e Direito Internacional.

This work deals with the relativization of the concept of sovereignty in the face of international treaties. For the preparation of the work was carried out an analysis of the concept of sovereignty, as well as a brief study on the theory of international treaties. The focus of the research is focused on modern and globalized society, subject to the new world order that is enforced. In this sense, it was necessary to make some considerations on the subject, demonstrating the placement of indoctrinators and applicators of law who work and study the rules of constitutional law and international law.
