REINCIDÊNCIA DA GESTAÇÃO NA ADOLESCÊNCIA SOB A ÓTICA TRANSCULTURAL

Objetivou-se investigar os aspectos culturais envolvidos na reincidência da maternidade na adolescência. Pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem etnográfica, com quatro adolescentes multíparas entre 14 e 17 anos, acompanhadas em consulta pré-natal em uma maternidade escola de Fortaleza-CE, realizada de agosto a outubro/2010. Utilizou-se o método de etnoenfermagem de Leininger, em que se aplicou o modelo de observação-participação-reflexão, além da entrevista semiestrutura gravada e diário de campo. Os temas culturais identificados foram: é longe... falta médico... e a fila é grande; comigo não acontece; mulher tem que ser mãe mesmo...fazer família...estou feliz, e com minha mãe foi assim. Torna-se necessário considerar a singularidade das adolescentes e promover um cuidado cultural e individualizado a fim de garantir a vivência de sua sexualidade segundo suas expectativas.

The study had as objective to investigate the cultural aspects involved in the recurrence of teenage motherhood. This qualitative study with ethnographic approach, with four multiparous adolescents aged between 14 and 17 years, followed in prenatal consultation in a maternity hospital in Fortaleza - Ceará, from August to October 2010. Leininger’s ethnonursing method was used together with the observation-participation-reflection model, as well as recorded semi-structured interviews and field journal. The cultural themes identified were: it is far... lack of doctors... and the queue is long, it does not happen to me, a woman has to be a mother to anyway... to build a family... I’m happy, and with my mother it was the same. It becomes necessary to consider the singularity of adolescents and promote cultural and individualized care in order to ensure optimal experience of sexuality according to their expectations.
