estudo objetiva analisar oregistro do grau de incapacidades no momento do diagnóstico e na alta por cura como parâmetro de qualidade dos serviços prestados pelos CSF de Sobral – CE aos portadores de hansenÃase diagnosticados nos anos de 2009 e 2010. Para a obtenção das informações foi analisada a base de dados do SINAN-NET da Secretaria de Saúde de Sobral/CE. Em 2009 e 2010, as taxas de detecção da hansenÃase foram de 55,9 e 50,5 por 100 mil habitantes respectivamente, configurando uma situação de hiperendemicidade no municÃpio. Quanto à avaliação do grau de incapacidades no diagnóstico e na alta por cura, observou-se uma mudança positiva nestes indicadores, pois o municÃpio encontrava-se em uma situação precária em 2009, apresentando uma situação considerada boa no ano seguinte. Os resultados deste trabalho reforçam a relevância de se desenvolver ações de educação em saúde para que haja uma detecção precoce e manejo adequado dos casos identificados.

The study had as objective to analyze the level of disability assessment at the time of diagnosis, and discharge through cure as parameter of the quality of services provided by the Family Health Centers in Sobral - Ceará to diagnosed Hansen’s disease patients, from 2009 to 2010. Information was collected from the SINAN-NET database at the Municipal Secretariat of Health of Sobral - Ceará. In 2009 and 2010, the detection rates of Hansen’s disease were 55.9 and 50.5 per 100,000 inhabitants, respectively, outlining a hyperendemic situation in the municipality. Regarding the assessment on the degree of disability at diagnosis and discharge through cure, a positive change was observed in these rates, since the situation in the municipality was precarious in 2009, it presented a situation considered as good the following year. The results of this study strengthen the relevance of developing education in health actions for early detection and adequate handling of identified cases.
