O presente texto acadêmico busca trazer uma visão da ergonomia aplicada ao trabalho
de transformação, na prestação de serviços do segmento de educação do ensino superior de Administração da Unilinhares, faculdade localizada em Linhares - ES. A educação
tende a ser a última área da economia a sofrer ou buscar as transformações do mundo
moderno que afeta as pessoas, a tecnologia, a economia e a sociedade como um todo.
Um paradoxo inexplicável parece existir, que as instituições de ensino sejam as últimas
a mudarem a si mesma. A metodologia de ensino sofre mudanças muito lentamente
porque depende de professores, de consumidores de serviços acadêmicos de ensino
(alunos) que, na maioria das vezes, promovem contratos de não exigência além no menor esforço entre ambos. Este tipo de contrato, infalivelmente, tem provocado perdas
de ambas as partes: alunos e professores/IES. Nesse sentido, o presente texto busca
trazer uma reflexão baseada numa experiência prática onde se buscou mudar radicalmente o paradigma tradicional de ensino e de aprendizagem através da aula produto
como sendo a solução circunstancial para estimular a mudança no aluno, no professor,
na IES e na educação de ensino superior de Administração, sob a ótica da ergonomia de
produto.

This academic text seeks bring a new vision of applied ergonomics to work, since the
transformation in the services in the sect of education in upper teachings of administration
at Unilinhares, university localized at Linhares-ES. The education tends to be the last
area of the economy to suffer or search the modern world transformation that affect
people, the technology, the economy and all the society. An inexplicable paradox it
seems exist, that the teachings institutions are the last ones to change itself. The teaching
methodology suffers changes very slowly because it depends on the teachers, the
consumers of the academic services (students) that, in most of times promote contracts
of imbecility and no-exigency beyond the minor efforts between both. This kind of
contract certainly had provoked loss to both parts: the students and teachers/HEI -
Higher Education Institution. In that sense the present text seeks bring a reflection set
in a practical experience where it was seek a radical change at the paradigm of the
traditional teaching and learning method, through the product class being a incidental
solution to stimulate the change at the student, at the teacher, at HEI and at the higher
education of administration, under the view of the product ergonomics.
