Tendo o paradigma interpretativo como ponto de partida eo caráter interdisciplinar que vem permeando os estudosorganizacionais nos últimos anos, o presente ensaio tempor objetivo explorar, no âmbito da psicologia social, umaproposta teórico-metodológica para o estudo da produçãode sentidos no cotidiano. A partir de práticas discursivas,busca também situar a produção de sentidos junto ao movimentodo construcionismo social que, alinhando ao debatepós-modernista, adota uma postura de ruptura com omodo tradicional de fazer ciência e busca ultrapassar adualidade sujeito-objeto situando o conhecimento no interiordos processos de interação social. Embora o textoenfatize a perspectiva da psicologia social, a produção desentidos é necessariamente interdisciplinar. O que tornapossível a ponte com a ciência da administração e, conseqüentemente,uma possível incorporação de seus pressupostosà análise organizacional.

From the interpretative paradigm and the interdisciplinary characterthat it comes permeating the organization studies in the last years,this paper has the objective to explore, in the scope of socialpsychology, a proposal theoretical-methodological for the study of themaking sense in the daily. Based on discursive practices, it also try toestablish the making sense in the same place to the socialconstructionism movement that, aligned to the postmodernist debate,follow a rupture position with the traditional way to make science andtry to overcome the duality subject-object, pointing out the knowledgein the interaction social processes. Although the paper emphasizes thesocial psychology perspective, the making sense is necessarily aninterdisciplinary approach, which allows joining it with the science ofmanagement and, consequently, a possible incorporation of itsassumptions to the organizational analysis
