Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a posição original de John Rawls, que
corresponde ao estado de natureza do contratualismo clássico. Serão abordadas
algumas considerações iniciais sobre a justiça como equidade, seguindo com a
descrição da posição original, o véu da ignorância e a regra do maximin. Como
conclusão, serão explicitadas as principais contribuições da teoria da justiça de
John Rawls sob a ótica da posição original.
This article aims to analyze the original position of John Rawls, who is the state
of nature’s contractualism classic. Will be addressed some initial considerations
on justice and equity, according to the description of the original position, the veil
of ignorance and the rule of Maximin. In conclusion, will be explaining the main
contributions of the theory of justice of John Rawls from the viewpoint of the
original position.
