As medidas socioeducativas previstas e estipuladas no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, são aplicadas pelo poder Judiciário para os adolescentes que cometem ato infracional e se constituem como um processo de mediação para uma possível ressocialização. Dentre as medidas previstas, o Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social, que se trata de equipamento público da Política Municipal de Assistência Social, oferta o serviço de acompanhamento das medidas socioeducativas cumpridas em Meio Aberto, quais sejam, Liberdade Assistida e Prestação de serviço à Comunidade, para os adolescentes sentenciados pela prática de ato infracional. Objetivo: apresentar e analisar a atuação da equipe técnica interdisciplinar no acompanhamento das supracitadas medidas, relativamente aos eixos previstos pelo Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo, realizado no Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social. Metodologia: revisões bibliográficas, análise de conteúdo, além de entrevistas com os psicólogos e assistentes sociais que compõem as equipes técnicas dos Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social do município de Montes Claros - MG. Resultados: identifica-se que a Política Municipal e a aplicação das Medidas Socioeducativas em meio aberto, estão em progresso uma vez que se tem uma preocupação com a ressocialização desse público, como um avanço nessa política, contudo, percebe-se a existência de alguns desafios, no que tange a um conhecimento moderado por parte dos técnicos. Conclusão: a Política Municipal de Assistência Social demanda expansão e aperfeiçoamento no que tange especificamente ao acompanhamento de adolescentes infratores no cumprimento das medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto.

The socio-educational measures provided for and stipulated in the Statute of Children and Adolescents, they are applied by the judiciary to adolescents who commit an infraction and constitute a process of mediation for possible resocialization. Among the planned measures, the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance, which is public equipment of the Municipal Social Assistance Policy, offers the follow-up service of socio-educational measures fulfilled in the Open, whatever, Assisted Freedom and Community Service, for adolescents convicted of an offense. Objective: present and analyze the performance of the interdisciplinary technical team in the follow-up of the above measures, regarding the axes foreseen by the National System of Socio-Educational Assistance, conducted at the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance. Methodology: bibliographical reviews, content analysis, in addition to interviews with psychologists and social workers that make up the technical teams of the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance from the municipality of Montes Claros - MG. Results: it is identified that the Municipal Policy and the application of Socio-Educational Measures in the open, are in progress as there is a concern with the resocialization of this audience, as a breakthrough in this policy, yet, there are some challenges, regarding a moderate knowledge on the part of the technicians. Conclusion: Municipal Social Assistance Policy it demands expansion and improvement with regard specifically to the monitoring of adolescent offenders in the fulfillment of open social and educational measures.
