A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar de que forma o modelo de Política Criminal Atuarial se relaciona com a atuação da Força-Tarefa de Intervenção Penitenciária (FTIP) no Estado do Pará no período entre 2019 a 2020. Utilizou-se o método da pesquisa exploratória para levantar as principais notícias jornalísticas sobre a atuação da FTIP e para verificar se haviam elementos que revelam a lógica da Política Criminal Atuarial nas notícias analisadas. O artigo está dividido em três partes, inicialmente, será explicitado o que é Política Criminal e quais são seus reflexos na sociedade. Em seguida, na seção dois, buscou-se caracterizar a Política Criminal Atuarial e identificar seus elementos. Na terceira seção, serão apresentadas as notícias extraídas dos sites. Por fim, na seção análise e conclusões serão apresentados as correspondências entre a teoria estudada e a atuação da força-tarefa.
This research aims to investigate how the actuarial criminal policy model relates to the Penitentiary Intervention Task Force (FTIP) in the State of Pará in the period between 2019 to 2020. The exploratory research method was used to survey the main journalistic news about FTIP’s performance and to verify if there were elements that reveal the logic of the Actuarial Criminal Policy in the analyzed news. The article is divided into three parts, initially, it will be explained what Criminal Policy is and what are its reflexes in society. Then, in section two, we seek to characterize the Actuarial Criminal Policy and identify its elements. In the third section, the news extracted from the sites will be presented. Finally, in the analysis and conclusions section, the correspondences between the studied theory and the task force’s performance will be presented.
