O objetivo deste estudo é apresentar breves considerações acerca da possibilidade jurídica de, nos tempos atuais, serem impostas limitações às liberdades individuais para conter os efeitos do alastramento da Covid-19, à luz do Princípio da Proporcionalidade, em uma abordagem interdisciplinar.
The scope of this essay is to present some general ideas related to the legal possibility of, in the present moment of a world Covid-19 pandemic, imposing limitations to the exercise of some fundamental rights in order to contain the effects of the pandemic, in the light of the Principle of Proportionality.
