bell hooks–professora, teórica feminista e crítica cultural nos provoca ao dizer que o esforço primário para erradicar a opressão e discriminação,em todas as suas formas,é o movimento feminista, já que o objetivo não é igualar-se aos homens, mas sim, erradicar oque produz a separação entre nós.Todas e todosnós! As assimetrias que mulheres e homens vivem e refletem o mundo,partem de diferentes espaços. Um deles é a escola, que é constituída por categorias dicotômicas de sexo, gênero e sexualidade. A pedagogia feminista surge como aliada à educação,como prática de liberdade para promover aprendizagens de equidade de gênero e o respeito às diferenças. Sendo assim, a proposta central deste estudo é analisar as contribuições do pensamento político-pedagógico da referida hooksàeducação em Direitos Humanos. Para tanto, foi conduzido um estudo bibliográfico, cujo foco é averiguar no material teórico -conceitos, fundamentos e um conjunto de ações estruturadas acerca da pedagogia feministacunhada por hooks.

bell hooks –teacher, feminist theorist and cultural critic provokes us by saying that the primary effort to eradicate oppression and discrimination in all its forms is the feminist movement, since the objective is not to equalize with men, but to eradicate which produces the separationbetween us. All of us! The asymmetries that men and women experience and reflect the world come from different spaces. One of them is the school, which is constituted by dichotomous categories of sex, gender and sexuality. Feminist pedagogy emerges as an ally to education as a practice of freedom, to promote learning about gender equity and respect for differences. Therefore, the central purpose of this study is to analyze the contributions of the political-pedagogical thought of the aforementioned hooks to human rights education. For that, a bibliographic study was carried out, whose focus is to investigate in the theoretical material -concepts, foundations and a set of structured actions, about the feminist pedagogy coined by hooks.
