O presente trabalho se propõe a uma revisitação de alguns pontos que estruturam as reflexões de O Direito Achado na Rua frente às três décadas de fortuna crítica produzida pelo coletivo, tendo como referência específica o I volume da série “O Direito Achado na Rua – Introdução Crítica ao Direito” –, publicado pela editora Brasília no ano de 1987 (SOUSA JUNIOR, 1987). As autoras e autores dividiram-se com a incumbência de refletir, atualizar, propor considerações, perspectivas futuras e desafios para o DANR a partir do referencial epistemológico do referido volume. Por esse motivo, delimitou-se como limiar da construção coletiva a partida das bases referidas, porém com o propósito de vislumbrar reflexões contemporâneas, levando em conta as experiências e saberes das autoras e dos autores que escrevem esses textos, norteando, assim, as reflexões em torno das seguintes temáticas:
a) desafios epistemológicos de O Direito Achado na Rua no campo da teoria crítica do Direito; b) acesso à (que) justiça; c) educação em direitos humanos e reflexões contemporâneas (EDH e africanidade, EDH e povos originários, EDH e reivindicações LGBTI+).

Thirty years of dialectical humanism of The Law Found on the Street: contemporaneity, challenges and perspectives

The present work proposes a revision of some of the points that structure the reflections of the DANR, for three decades of a critical collection produced by the collective, having as a specific reference the first volume of the series "Law Found on the Street - Critical Introduction to the Right "- published by Brasília in the year 1987 (SOUSA JUNIOR, 1987). The authors have divided themselves with the task of reflecting, updating, proposing considerations, future perspectives and challenges for the DANR from the epistemological referential of this volume. For this reason, it was defined as the threshold of the collective construction, the departure of the referred bases, but with the purpose of glimpsing contemporary reflections, taking into account the experiences and knowledge of the authors who have written these texts, thus guiding the reflections on the following themes: a) epistemological challenges of Law Found on the Street in the field of critical theory of law; b) Access to Justice; c) Human Rights education and contemporary reflections (HRE and African descent, HRE and indigenous people, HRE and LGBTI+ claims).
