O artigo tem o objetivo de contextualizar o estado na teoria das formas sociais, mais especificamente em seu tratamento como formas-processos. Com isso, há uma sofisticação na teoria da derivação do estado que permite dar início a um debate sobre como aqueles que são críticos do estado podem comportar-se perante ele em sua vida cotidiana.
The article aims to contextualize the state in the theory of social forms, more specifically in its treatment as forms-processes.
