Os direitos sociais previstos no artigo 6º da Constituição Federal brasileira possuem conteúdo de ordem social, como o direito a educação, a saúde, ao trabalho e a segurança. O reconhecimento dos direitos sociais como direitos fundamentais, buscam, entre outros aspectos, preservar a dignidade humana, fazendo-se necessariamente que estejam integrados ao aspecto conceitual dos direitos fundamentais. A implementação dos direitos sociais, segundo a Constituição Federal brasileira, fica a cargo do Estado. Vivenciamos no século XXI a revolução tecnológica, na qual a internet passou a integrar o cotidiano da sociedade. Diante disso, pretende-se verificar a aplicação das políticas públicas e de participação da sociedade em geral para a efetivação dos direitos sociais. Inicialmente, trata-se dos direitos sociais e do seu reconhecimento como direitos fundamentais sociais, em seguida, a exposição dos usuários no meio eletrônico, decorrente do uso das tecnologias de comunicação, e por fim, estuda-se a efetivação dos direitos sociais fundamentais. O método utilizado foi o dedutivo, com base em teorias de dados bibliográficos, legislativos, entre outros.

The social rights provided for in article 6 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution have social content, such as the right to education, health, work and safety. The recognition of social rights as fundamental rights, seek, among other things, to preserve human dignity, necessarily being integrated into the conceptual aspect of fundamental rights. The implementation of social rights, according to the Brazilian Federal Constitution, is in charge of the State. We live in the 21st century the technological revolution, in which the internet began to integrate the daily life of society. Therefore, it is intended to verify the application of public policies and the participation of society in general for the realization of social rights. Initially, it is about social rights and their recognition as fundamental social rights, then the exposure of users in the electronic medium, arising from the use of communication technologies, and finally, the effectiveness of fundamental social rights is studied. The method used was deductive, based on theories of bibliographic, legislative, and other data.
