O AGENCIAMENTO ENUNCIATIVO NAS CARTAS DE ALFORRIA

Este artigo analisa o agenciamento das figuras enunciativas, quem diz, quem não diz, como se diz, para quem se diz, em duas cartas de alforria, registradas no Livro de Notas nº 2, do 1º Cartório de Villa Maria, Mato Grosso, na segunda metade do século XIX, e escolhidas por conter, na sua materialidade histórica e linguística, as contradições próprias das relações escravocratas, como a ausência/presença do escravo no ato de sua liberdade e a constituição do escravo em figura enunciativa, que, à época, dada a sua condição jurídica, o seu dizer não tinha legitimidade na discursividade da sociedade brasileira. Mostra, ainda, que a integração entre o texto (a carta de alforria) e os enunciados que o integram se faz por uma relação transversal entre elementos diversos, a partir dos procedimentos enunciativos de produção de sentido, não segmentais, como a reescrituração e a articulação.

This article examines the agency of the enunciative figures, in other words, who says, who does not say, how it says, to whom it says, through two letters of manumission, notes recorded in the Book nº 2 from the 1st Register Office of Villa Maria, Mato Grosso, in the second half of the nineteenth century which were chosen because they contain in its historical and linguistic materiality, the proper contradictions of the slavery relations such as the absence/presence of the slave on the act of his freedom and the constitution in enunciative figure, which that epoch, by his legal status, his words did not have legitimacy in the discourse of Brazilian society. Besides, it is possible to show the integration between the text (letters of manumission) and the enunciations which is integrated by a transverse relation among diverse elements, from the enunciative procedures of the production of meaning, that is not segmental, such as rewriting and articulation procedures.
