Enigma em texto arturiano do século XIII é investigado por meio do exame de fontes, bem como de considerações históricas e linguÃsticas. A obra estudada se insere na Matéria de Bretanha, representada de forma significativa na literatura portuguesa medieval.

An enigma in a text of the XIIIth century is investigated through the study of sources, as well as historic and linguistic considerations. The work under scrutiny belongs to the Matter of Britain, significantly represented in medieval Portuguese literature.
