O presente estudo tem o objetivo de analisar os efeitos das diversas reformas que têm sido implementadas na seara do direito processual civil brasileiro como meio de tornar mais efetiva a prestação jurisdicional. Para tanto, investiga-se a alteração quantitativa e qualitativa dos litÃgios, o reflexo do aumento da litigiosidade na sociedade contemporânea e a estrutura do Judiciário.

This study aims to analyze the effects of the various reforms that have been implemented in the brazilian civil procedural law to deliver effective judicial provision. For this, will be investigate the qualitative and quantitative changes of litigation, the reflection of increased litigation in contemporary society and the structure of the judiciary.
