O presente artigo teve como objetivo proceder um estudo do assédio moral e da necessidade de uma (re) educação social em face da dignidade da pessoa humana para fazer frente a este fenômeno que assola a sociedade pós moderna. Para atingir tal desiderato, inicialmente trilhou-se na senda da dignidade da pessoa humana, seus princípios e aspectos estruturantes. Na sequência, destaque deu-se aos aspectos legais e doutrinários do assédio moral, e sua interface com a dignidade humana e o ambiente de trabalho saudável. Como método de pesquisa optou-se pelo dedutivo, e como metodologia, uma pesquisa essencialmente bibliográfica, com amparo nas lições de Marie- France Hirigoyen, em outras doutrinas que tratam o assunto e na legislação pertinente.
The purpose of this article was to study moral harassment and the need for social (re) education in the face of the dignity of the human person to face this phenomenon that plagues postmodern society. In order to attain this desideratum, it was initially framed in the path of the dignity of the human person, its principles and structuring aspects. The highlight was the legal and doctrinal aspects of bullying and its interface with human dignity and a healthy work environment. As a method of research, we opted for the deductive and as a methodology, an essentially bibliographical research, supported by the lessons of MarieFrance Hirigoyen, in other doctrines that deal with the subject and in the pertinent legislation.
