MULHER E O MERCADO DE TRABALHO: UMA REVISÃO SOBRE OS PERCURSOS DA MULHER NO MERCADO DO TRABALHO

Nas pesquisas realizadas percebemos que a mulher foi e sempre será um tema de muita contestação no Brasil e
no Mundo. Por ser um assunto abrangente, neste trabalho só será possível apresentar uma breve análise e
algumas reflexões sobre o assunto. O artigo propõe uma apreciação do ingresso e a relação da mulher no mundo
trabalhista; as vantagens e desvantagens da participação feminina no mercado de trabalho e, por fim, a presença
positiva das mulheres nas empresas. Verificou-se também que a atuação das mulheres na atividade econômica é
cada vez mais crescente. Elas estão assumindo cargos que eram considerados específicos dos homens. Ao
término do trabalho, consideramos que apesar da grande evolução feminina no mercado de trabalho, ela ainda
não está numa condição de vantagem em relação aos homens; continuam existindo muito preconceito,
discriminação, e principalmente desigualdade. Muitas lutas já foram ganhas, como a igualdade salarial, por
exemplo, e muitas virão pela frente. O importante é não perder de vista o ponto de partida e continuar lutando
pelos seus direitos.

In surveys we realized that the woman was and always will be a subject of much dispute in Brazil and
worldwide. Because it is a broad subject, this work will only be possible to present a brief review and some
thoughts on the subject. This paper proposes an assessment of entry and the relationship of women in the
workplace, and the advantages and disadvantages of female participation in the labor market and, finally, the
positive presence of women in business. It was also found that the role of women in economic activity is
increasingly growing. They are taking jobs that were considered specific to men. Upon completion of the work,
we consider that despite the great progress of women in the labor market, it is not yet in a condition of advantage
over men, there remain a lot of prejudice, discrimination, and especially inequality. Many battles have been won,
such as equal pay, for example, and many will face. It is important not to lose sight of the starting point and keep
fighting for the rights.
