A MODERNIDADE REFLEXIVA E O SEU PRÍNCIPE: NOVOS CAMINHOS NA CONSTRUÇÃO DA VONTADE COLETIVA

O Atual contexto político tem imposto importantes desafios para pesquisadores que se proponham a se debruçar sobre ele. Dentre as várias questões que se impõem, o desgaste das estruturas convencionais de articulação política desponta com relevância particular, necessitando de uma abordagem ampla e profunda, para além dos jargões e da polarização. A presente pesquisa busca entender como o partido Podemos superou os problemas ligados a crise de representação institucional e pôde se tornar um “novo príncipe moderno”, no sentido dado por Gramsci. Nossa metodologia de análise embasa-se no levantamento bibliográfico em jornais, sites e no testemunho de intelectuais próximos ao Podemos, de modo a reconstituir as origens de sua organização interna e do discurso hegemônico por eles empregado. Nossa hipótese se baseia no aporte gramsciano para pensar como a forma de organização política do Podemos conseguiu se afastar dos canais institucionais tradicionais, ao buscar disputar a hegemonia dentro dos paradigmas da Modernidade Reflexiva, conforme a abordagem de Beck, e da “sociedade em redes”. Na conclusão, propomos que o Podemos se consolida a partir da articulação de uma nova materialidade com a produção de um novo discurso hegemônico, afirmando práticas organizacionais que se fazem ao largo dos canais institucionais e são promovidas por um número reduzido de mediadores, o que os aproxima do populismo tal como compreendido em Laclau. Isso, entretanto, se serve como um antídoto ao excesso de burocratização, coloca o desafio ao partido de manter uma estrutura formal partidária, ao mesmo tempo em que sua condição depende de manter a abertura para a promoção de lideranças distribuídas.

The current political context has imposed significant challenges for researchers who intend to focus on it. Among the various issues that prevail, the wearing down of conventional structures of political articulation emerges with particular relevance, necessitating a broad and deep approach, beyond jargons and polarizations. The present research seeks to understand how the moviment-party Podemos has overcome the problems related to the crisis of institutional representation and has become a kind of "new modern prince", in the sense given by Gramsci. Our methodology of analysis is based on the bibliographical survey in newspapers, websites and the testimony of intellectuals close to the Podemos, in order to reconstitute the origins of their internal organization and the hegemonic discourse they use. Our hypothesis is based on the Gramscian contribution to think how the form of political organization of Podemos have been able to move away from the traditional institutional channels, producing a new hegemony within the paradigms of Reflective Modernity, according to Beck's approach, and the "network society". In the conclusion, we propose that articulation of a new materiality with the production of a new hegemonic discourse, promoted by a small number of mediators, is an essential key to understands a populism approach in Podemos. This, offers a defense to excessive bureaucratization, insofar as the party can only legitimize itself insofar as it remains open to social movements and reaffirms these values. However, it brings the challenge to the party of maintaining its formal structure without losing sight of the possibility of the self-government it seeks to emulates in its practice.
