O Metaverso foi lançado recentemente e é um ambiente virtual onde as pessoas interagem por meio de avatares. Onde há sociedade, há Direito, e onde está Direito, então há conflitos em potência ou concretude. O caráter internacional e virtual do Metaverso gera muitos problemas, e este artigo desenvolverá sobre alguns possíveis problemas que o ambiente virtual tridimensional trará para o Direito das Coisas e para o Direito Processual do Brasil.

The Metaverse was launched recently and is a virtual environment Where people interact through avatars. Where there is society, there is Law, and where there is Law, then there are potential or concrete conflicts. The international and virtual character of the Metaverse generates many problems, and this article will develop about some possible problems that the three dimensional virtual environment will bring to te Law of Things and to the Procedural Law of Brazil.
