MEMÓRIAS DA INFÂNCIA: O ENCONTRO POÉTICO ENTRE LOBIVAR MATOS E MANOEL DE BARROS

Este artigo tem o objetivo principal de promover um encontro poético como representação
de um reencontro da vida. Lobivar Matos e Manoel de Barros foram amigos na infância vivida
pelos espaços da branca cidade de Corumbá, e embora de famílias diferentes, receberam o sobrenome
Barros em seus registros de nascimento: um datado de 1915 e o outro de 1916. Lobivar,
o mais velho, teve sua vida abreviada aos 32 anos de idade, Manoel continua entre nós. Assim,
evocar a memória da infância aqui reinventada pela poesia de ambos é desafiar alguns limites da
própria existência. Nos caminhos trilhados pelos estudos da critica biográfica, em sua natureza
compósita, a vida e a obra destes poetas serão ilustradas em algumas de suas experiências.

This article aims to promote a poetic meeting with the representation of a rejoining of
life. Lobivar Matos and Manoel de Barros were childhood friends who lived in the neighborhoods
of the white soil city of Corumbá and, even being from different families, they received the surname
Barrros in their birth certificates: one dated from 1915 and the other from 1916. Lobivar,
the oldest, had his life shortened when he was only 32 years old, Manoel remains within us. Thus,
evoking the memory of the childhood here reinvented by their poetry means to challenge some
limits of existence itself. In the paths used by the studies from biographic critics, in its composed
nature, these poets’ life and work will be illustrated in some of their experiences.
