O presente artigo aborda as medidas judiciais cabíveis para garantir a efetividade da execução judicial dos TACs, apresentando diversos instrumentos disponíveis para a busca do adimplemento das obrigações assumidas quando do ajustamento ou alcançar o resultado prático equivalente. Mais do que um acordo com o MP, o TAC relacionado ao tema ambiental-urbanístico constitui um pacto com a Terra. O TAC dispõe sobre in-teresses supraindividuais e é um instrumento voluntário sendo que o modo, o tempo e o local do cumprimento das obrigações são firmados de maneira a atender as necessidades do bem jurídico atingido, fixando as condições do compromissário.

This article addresses the appropriate legal measures to guarantee the effectiveness of the judicial execution of the consent decree, presenting several instruments available for the search of the fulfillment of the obligations assumed when the adjustment was made or its practical result equivalent. More than an agreement with the PM, the consent decree related to the environmental-urban theme constitutes a pact with the Earth. The consent decree established obligations with the objective of serving supra-individual interests and is a voluntary instrument. In this sense, the way, time and place of ful-fillment of obligations are signed in order to meet the needs of the legal good reached, determining the conditions of the agent.
