Diante do aumento de demandas judiciais e da ineficiência do Estado para satisfazê-las, necessário utilizar outros meios de acesso à justiça, dos quais destaca-se a mediação, uma técnica de construção dialógica assistida de soluções. Tal técnica favorece a exposição de sentimentos bloqueados pelos conflitantes, contribuindo na melhora da comunicação entre eles, melhora importantíssima quando se tratam de conflitos familiares. Para a confecção do artigo, utilizou-se dos métodos bibliográfico e qualitativo de pesquisa.

Taking in account the increase of judicial demands and the inefficiency of the State to satisfy them, necessary the use of other ways of access to the justice, of the distinguished practices is mediation, one technique of construct discussion of solutions. Such technic favors the exposition of conflicting ones blocked feelings contributing in the improvement of the communication between them from there on, essential improvement considering familiar conflicts. For the preparation of this article, were used the methods bibliographical and qualitative research.
