Objetiva-se refletir sobre como ocorre a aproximação entre o filme-carta e os filmes de família, à luz de Mauro em Caiena (Leonardo Mouramateus, 2012), com atenção às reverberações dessa aproximação na linguagem assumida pelo filme. Partimos da hipótese de que o realizador, por meio do resgate de suas memórias e suas potencialidades de arranjo, se utiliza da linguagem ensaística para estruturar sua narrativa. Pretende-se analisar a obra com a intenção de comprovar que ela revela-se como filme-ensaio na medida em que parece assumir uma voz pessoal reflexiva por meio dessa investigação subjetiva das imagens domésticas enquanto escreve a carta fílmica.
Resumo Inglês:
The objective is to reflect on the approximation between the film-letter and the home movies, in the light of Mauro em Caiena (Leonardo Mouramateus, 2012), with attention to the reverberations of this approach in the language assumed by the film. Our hypothesis is that the director, through the rescue of his memories and its potential of arrangement, uses the essayistic language to structure his narrative. We intend to analyze the work with the purpose of proving that it is revealed as an essay-film as it seems to assume a personal reflective voice through this subjective investigation of the domestic images meanwhile he writes the film-letter.
