O presente artigo visa avaliar o desempenho da Liberdade Assistida administrada pela Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza (PMF), através dos Centros de Referência Especializados da Assistência Social (CREAS), a partir da apreciação e discorrendo acerca dos objetivos: construção histórica da legislação infanto-juvenil no Brasil, desde a sua gênese até o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE), a concepção de família e a sua situação de vulnerabilidade social, o adolescente em medida socioeducativa, a municipalização das medidas socioeducativas e o perfil dos adolescentes em medida socioeducativa de liberdade assistida.
Resumo Inglês:
The present article aims to evaluate the performance of Freedom Steering administered by the Municipal government of Fortaleza (PMF), through the Reference Centres, Specialist of Social Assistance (CREAS), from the appreciation and spoke about the goals: the historical construction of the law to children and youth in Brazil, since its genesis until the System of National Service Educational, the conception of the family and their situation of social vulnerability, the teen-measure-educational, the municipalisation of socio-educational measures and the profile of the adolescents in measure educational freedom steering.
