Objetiva-se mostrar que a filosofia crítica comporta uma refutação integral da analogia técnica operada por Descartes. Para tanto, após apresentar a pertinência do tema da analogia em relação aos movimentos gerais da Crítica, utilizamo-la para interpretar o debate moderno acerca da razão dos animais. Posteriormente, acompanhamos a consolidação da noção kantiana da analogia a partir dos cursos de Lógica e centramo-nos, em seguida, na Crítica da Faculdade de Julgar Teleológica, a qual abriga uma reelaboração do conceito de arte, bem como a refutação da tese cartesiana dos animais-máquina. A partir dela, pretendendo mostrar tanto as razões pelas quais Kant a rejeita, como o modo pelo qual ele a leva à contradição, sinalizamos que Descartes inconscientemente supõe o contrário do que gostaria de provar. Permeando essa discussão, esforçamo-nos por bem situar as teses do texto em relação ao próprio sistema da Crítica, segundo o tema da analogia.

The objective of this article is to show that the Critical philosophy bears an integral refutation of the technical analogy operated by Descartes. For this purpose, after presenting the theme’s pertinence regarding general movements of the Critic, we used it to interpret the modern debate about reason on animals. Afterwards, we’ve followed the fastening of the Kantian analogy notion through the courses of logic and focused, then, in the Critic of the Teleological Judgment, which contains the re-elaboration of the concept of art, as well as the refutation of the cartesian thesis of the animal-machine. From there, we indicate the reasons of Kant’s rejection, as well as how he shows its contradiction, we signalize that Descartes unconsciously admits the opposite of what he would like to prove. Amidst this subject, we seek to present an adequate interpretation of the discussed text regarding the system of the Critic, bearing always in mind the Kantian theory of analogy.
