Resumo Português:
O artigo trata, de modo sucinto, sobre o Tribunal Penal Internacional, desde seus
antecedentes históricos até a sua fundação. Após, analisa, de modo geral, os crimes
sob jurisdição da Corte e, por fim, tece considerações a respeito da questão
relativa à competência, em conformidade com as regras do Estatuto de Roma.
Resumo Inglês:
The article presents, briefly, an exhibition about the International Criminal Court,
since its historical background to its foundation. After that analyzes, in general,
the crimes are under the jurisdiction of the Court and eventually makes comments
on the issue on jurisdiction, according to the rules of the Rome Statute.
