A partir de uma experiência profissional adquirida em uma Unidade do Centro de Referência Especializado em Atendimento para População em Situação de Rua (Centro POP), o presente artigo visa contribuir nas reflexões teórico-metodológicas e no debate profissional, no âmbito da conduta intersetorial no acompanhamento e na atenção psicossocial desenvolvida junto às mães usuárias de crack e com trajetória de rua. O percurso metodológico consistiu-se, por meio, de um breve estudo de caso à luz de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática, considerando a perspectiva crítico-dialética. Objetiva-se contribuir nas discussões das políticas sociais sobre a substancialidade de uma conduta intersetorial e a perspectiva da centralidade de ações psicossociais que se balizem na oferta de um acompanhamento que desempenhe um suporte necessário às famílias, viabilizando o cumprimento do seu papel na defesa dos direitos, na construção de sua cidadania e no exercício da função protetiva familiar.

Based on a professional experience acquired in a Unit of the Reference Center Specialized in Attendance for Population in Situation of Street (POP Center),the present article aims to contribute in the theoretical-methodological reflections and the professional debate, in the scope of the intersectoral conduct in the accompaniment and in the psychosocial care developed with mothers using crack and street trajectory. The methodological course consisted of a brief case study in the light of a bibliographical review on the subject, considering the critical-dialectical perspective. The objective is to contribute in the discussions of social policies on the substantiality of an intersectoral conduct and the perspective of the centrality of psychosocial actions that are based on the offer of a follow-up that plays a necessary support to the families, making possible the fulfillment of their role in the defense of the rights , in the construction of their citizenship and in the exercise of the family protective function.
