With the great increase in competitiveness in the market, organizations are seeking to create business plans and strategies, aiming to achieve competitive advantages, and many companies are using as strategy the valuation and investment in intangible assets. Intangibles, despite difficulties in recognition and measurement, are adding benefits to companies because of their capacity for differentiation and their particularity. Thus, the main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of the degree of intangibility on the economic and financial indicators of the companies listed in the B3 governance levels. The research is descriptive in nature, classified as documentary and bibliographical, with quantitative procedures. Concluding that the Degree of Intangibility positively affects profitability indicators and negatively the level of indebtedness, suggesting that the level of intangibility of organizations tends to improve results and minimize the proportion of organizational debts.
