Este presente artigo tem o objetivo de tratar sobre a supervisão de estágio no processo formativo do Serviço Social. Iniciaremos com a constituição do trabalho no capitalismo e a reprodução da divisão entre trabalho manual e intelectual. Em seguida, trataremos da Supervisão de Estágio, onde, discutiremos a concepção de supervisão que se coloca na categoria, como se processa a relação entre os supervisores e quais expressões da divisão do trabalho manual e intelectual estão presentes neste momento. Por fim, entendendo que a supervisão se constitui enquanto momento de construir alternativas concretas para o fortalecimento da classe trabalhadora traremos sugestões de como fortalecer a indissociabilidade da supervisão.
Resumo Inglês:
This article aims to deal with the supervision of internship in the Social Work training process. We Will Begin with the constitution of labor in capitalism and there production of the division between manual and intellectual labor. Next, we will deal with the Supervision of Internship, where we will discuss the conception of supervision that is placed in the category, how the relationship between supervisors is processed and which expressions of the division of manual and intellectual work are present at the moment. Finally, understanding that supervision is a time to construct concrete alternatives for the strength ening of the working class, we will come up with suggestions on how to strength en the indissociability of supervision.
