Este artigo consiste num recorte de uma pesquisa mais ampla sobre a implementação dos serviços e buscou analisar a disponibilidade de recursos nos serviços de atendimento para crianças e adolescentes vítimas de abuso sexual na perspectiva dos profissionais e gestores de duas unidades da rede de saúde do município do Rio de Janeiro. Foram realizadas 15 entrevistas semiestruturadas e para análise de dados foi utilizada a interpretação de sentidos. Conclui-se que houve ampliação da rede de atendimento para as vítimas de abuso sexual. A rede setorial funciona adequadamente, porém existem limites em relação a rede intersetorial. A integração da saúde com a segurança pública foi considerada conquista importante para esse tipo de atendimento, além disso ainda é preciso superar as lacunas referentes à capacitação profissional.
This article consists of a section of a larger research on the implementation of services and sought to analyze the availability of resources in the services for children and adolescent victims of sexual abuse from the perspective of professionals and managers of two units of the health network in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro. Fifteen semi-structured interviews were carried out and for data analysis the interpretation of meanings was used. We conclude that there has been an expansion of the network of care for victims of sexual abuse. The sectorial network functions adequately, however, there are limits in relation to the intersectorial network. The integration of health with public safety was considered an important achievement for this type of care, and it is still necessary to overcome the gaps in professional training.
