O presente artigo versa sobre ICMS Ecológico. Ao discorrer sobre a temática, pretende-se avaliar os benefícios decorrentes do ICMS Ecológico. Além disso, serão analisados a Constituição Federal, as Leis Ordinárias e quais os meios que asseguram a resolução dos problemas relacionados à degradação do meio ambiente. Evidencia-se a importância do ICMS Ecológico como uma grande ferramenta para que se possa incentivar toda a população, a proteger o meio ambiente. Pretende-se explicitar que o Imposto sobre a Circulação de Mercadoria e Serviços Ecológicos gera benefícios, novos investimentos e uma melhoria para a coletividade tanto na esfera do bem-estar social quanto no individual.
This monography is about Ecologic TCMS. To discuss the issue, intend to evaluate benefits stemming from Ecologic TCMS. Furthermore, will be analyzed the Federal Constitution, the Laws Ordinary and the means that that assure the resolution of the problems related to degradation of the environment. It is evident the importance of Ecologic TCMS as a great tool so it can encourage the whole population at protecting the environment. It is intended to explain that Tax on Circulation of Merchandise and Services Ecological generates benefits, new investment and an improvement to the community both in the sphere of social welfare as the individual.
