O texto aborda as considerações feitas por Heidegger sobre a Fenomenologia do Espírito de Hegel, mostrando que o espírito é o objeto e também o sujeito da fenomenologia e que, portanto, o genitivo da expressão Fenomenologia do Espírito é tanto um genitivus objetivus como também um genitivus subjetivus. Ademais, o texto irá também procurar distinguir as concepções de fenomenologia dos dois pensadores, estabelecendo entre eles uma confrontação de pensamento.

The text deals with Heidegger's considerations about Hegel's Phenomenology of the Spirit, showing that the spirit is the object and also the subject of phenomenology and that, therefore, the genitive of the expression Phenomenology of the Spirit is both a genitivus objetivus and a genitivus subjectivus. In addition, the text will also seek to distinguish the conceptions of phenomenology from the two thinkers, establishing a confrontation between them.
