Transmitido entre gerações, o trabalho nas feiras móveis resiste às mudanças socioeconômicas do capitalismo, sendo uma alternativa de consumo e geração de emprego e renda. Entretanto, muitos feirantes não possuem a devida regulamentação previdenciária, deixando de obter diversos benefícios sociais. Nesse âmbito, o presente artigo extensionista é multidisciplinar, interligando atividade jurídica, contábil e sociológica sobre o Direito Previdenciário e sua relação com a formalização das relações de trabalho apresentadas nas feiras móveis dos bairros Cidade 2000 e Praia do Futuro, em Fortaleza. Objetiva-se compreender a visão nativa dos feirantes acerca da importância do pagamento de contribuição previdenciária, traçando-se um paralelo entre a regulamentação da previdência na categoria de contribuintes autônomos e a realidade exibida em campo. Utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e investigação etnográfica sobre as classificações previdenciárias legais, apresentando os direitos e deveres referentes à sua formalização. Possibilitou-se maior disseminação de informações sobre os benefícios previdenciários provenientes da formalização.

Transmitted between generations, work in mobile fairs resists the socioeconomic changes of capitalism, being comercial alternative and generation of employment and income. However, many marketers don’t have the proper social security regulations, and fail to obtain social benefits. In this context, the present extensionist article is multidisciplinary, linking juridical, accounting and sociological activity on Social Security Law and its relation with formalization of labor relations on the mobile fairs of Cidade 2000 and Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. The objective is understand the native view of the fairgrounds about the importance of payment of social security contribution, drawing a parallel between the regulation of social security in the category of autonomous taxpayers and the reality in the field. Bibliographic and ethnographic research on legal social security classifications were used, presenting the rights and duties related to their formalization.
