O presente artigo objetiva analisar um dilema perene e fundamental para o debate sobre educação e direitos humanos, qual seja: a questão da antropologia filosófica. Com efeito, intencionamos realizar uma investigação sobre a concepção do humano a partir dos contributos de dois proeminentes teóricos do século XX, a saber: Paul Ricoeur e Paulo Freire. Nesse sentido, situamos nossa pesquisa no campo dos pressupostos filosóficos da educação, enfatizando, especialmente, a proposta crítica e libertadora. O métodode pesquisa aqui adotado é o da revisão bibliográfica. As considerações deste artigo dizem da importância de considerar o humano no horizonte filosófico da liberdade, da inconclusão e da alteridade para a luta pela efetivação histórica e política da dignidade humana.
This article aims to analyze a perennial and fundamental dilemma for the debate on education and human rights, namely: the issue of philosophical anthropology. In fact, we intend to carry out an investigation on the conception of the human from the contributions of two prominent theorists of the 20th century: Paul Ricoeur and Paulo Freire. In this sense, we place our research in the field of philosophical assumptions of education, emphasizing, especially, the critical and liberating proposal. The research method adopted here is the literature review. The considerations in this article talk about the importance of considering the human in the philosophical horizon of freedom, inconclusion and alterity for the struggle by the historical and political realization of human dignity.
