No contexto de decretação da pandemia de Covid-19 no Brasil e no mundo, a educação sofreu um abalo enorme, transformando a estrutura de ensino e movendo a escola para dentro das casas de professores, pais e alunos. Neste texto, além de trazer um relato de experiência, apresento também alguns questionamentos e angústias que foram surgindo ao longo do trabalho que desenvolvi como professora de uma escola particular em Florianópolis no ano de 2020, tais como a romantização do papel docente, os abusos cometidos pelo governo ao não estruturar um planejamento mínimo para melhorar as condições de trabalho frente à pandemia e os limites estabelecidos entre pessoa e profissional.
In the context of the decree of the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil and in the world, education suffered a huge shock, transforming the teaching structure and moving the school into the homes of teachers, parents and students. In this text, in addition to bringing an experience report, I also present some questions and anguish that arose during the work that I developed as a teacher at a private school in Florianópolis in 2020, such as the romanticization of the teaching role, the abuses committed by the government by not structuring a minimum plan to improve working conditions in the face of the pandemic and the limits established between person and professional.
