O presente estudo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência discente no estágio voluntário realizado no NAF-Unifeso no período entre 31/03/2021 e 31/07/2023, momento em que os estudantes se retiraram dos atendimentos e de suas demais funções no núcleo. Destaca ainda, um panorama geral sobre o número de atendimentos realizados ao longo dos meses, o tipo de usuário que foram atendidos, o tipo de atendimento prestado e se os atendimentos foram conclusivos ou não. No tocante aos procedimentos metodológicos, a presente pesquisa é classificada como descritiva, uma vez que, serão organizadas, tabeladas e analisadas as informações relativas aos atendimentos realizados pelo NAF-Unifeso no período, a forma de pesquisa pode ser classificada com relato de caso e a abordagem será qualitativa. Destaca-se que a maioria dos atendimentos foram de usuários pessoa física, que buscaram o núcleo para auxílio e orientações para elaboração da Declaração de Ajuste Anual de Imposto de Renda e que tiveram um resultado conclusivo para o seu atendimento. Com relação aos benefícios na formação discente do estagiário voluntário no NAF-Unifeso, são muitos que se iniciam na grande quantidade de cursos oferecidos pela Rede NAF, na oportunidade de transformar conhecimentos teóricos em práticos, na evolução do atendimento humanizado e principalmente na oportunidade de atuar como propagador da cidadania fiscal no município. Constando-se assim a importância da ampliação dos atendimentos e atividades do núcleo para continuar a contribuir com a sociedade.

This study aims to report the student experience during the voluntary internship at NAF-Unifeso between March 31, 2021, and July 31, 2023, a period in which students concluded their assistance and other responsibilities at the center. It also highlights a comprehensive overview of the number of consultations conducted over the months, the type of users served, the nature of the services provided, and whether the consultations were conclusive. Regarding the methodological procedures, this research is classified as descriptive, as it organizes, tabulates, and analyzes information related to the services provided by NAF-Unifeso during the period. The research design can be characterized as a case report, with a qualitative approach. It is noteworthy that the majority of consultations involved individual users seeking assistance and guidance for the preparation of the Annual Income Tax Return, with conclusive outcomes for their consultations. Concerning the benefits to the student intern's academic development at NAF-Unifeso, they include exposure to a variety of courses offered by the NAF network, the opportunity to translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills, the advancement of humanized service, and, most importantly, the chance to act as a proponent of fiscal citizenship in the municipality. This underscores the importance of expanding the center's services and activities to continue contributing to society.
