Este trabalho evidencia a evolução da estrutura do comércio exterior iniciando-se com o
advento da primeira revolução industrial até a criação de acordos comerciais que passam a vigorar no
pós segunda guerra mundial; e o desencadeamento dessa estrutura onde se deu a origem de um órgão
regulamentador com bases legais em todos os países participantes da comercialização internacional.

This survey highlights the evolution of the structure of foreign trade beginning with the
advent of the first Industrial Revolution until the creation of trade agreements that became effective in
the Post-Second World War, and the triggering of this structure gave rise to a regulatory body with legal
basis in all countries participating in international trade.
