O artigo pretende investigar alguns aspectos das nanotecnologias e seus
potenciais. O contexto atual aponta para muitas dúvidas e incertezas sobre
as reais conseqüências dessas pesquisas, além da ausência de limites éticos
intransponÃveis. Pretende-se mostrar que a razão prática e a linguagem são
possibilidades de mediação para o ingresso dos Direitos Naturais-Humanos
como marcos regulatórios mÃnimos para a aceitabilidade ética das pesquisas e
resultados em escala nano.
The article aims to investigate some aspects of nanotechnologies and their
potentials. The current context points to many doubts and uncertainties about
the actual consequences of these searches, in addition to the lack of ethical
limits insurmountable. The aim is to show that the practical reason and language
are possibilities of mediation for entry of Human and Natural Rights as regulatory
requirements for the ethic acceptability of research results in nano-scale.
