No percurso da construção da obra Temor e tremor de Kierkegaard, ocorre uma mudança de título e autor pseudonímico. Inicialmente, o livro seria chamado de Movimentos e posições, e o autor, Simeão Estilita, um ermitão do século V que passou parte de sua vida vivendo sobre um pilar. Essa mudança não parece ser despropositada, e se acompanharmos a dinâmica dessa mudança de título e autoria revelar-se-á um caminho novo para a interpretação de Temor e tremor, o que desbordará a fé como mera ascese e trará consigo o sentido mais radical da solidão. A poética exercida por Johannes de silentio é a poética daquele que educa ao ensinar a ver a vida através da recordação da solidão do “cavaleiro da fé”.
In the course of the construction of Kierkegaard's Fear and trembling, a change of title and pseudonym occurs. Initially, the book would be called Movements and Positions, and the author, Simeon Stylite, a fifthcentury hermit who spent part of his life living on a pillar. This change doesn’t seem to be unreasonable, and if we follow the dynamics of this change of title and authorship, it will reveal a new path to the interpretation of Fear and trembling, which will overflow faith as mere asceticism and bring with it the most radical meaning of loneliness.
