O tema deste trabalho de conclusão de curso vem dar destaque em uma modalidade de licitação, Pregão Eletrônico o qual faz muita diferença na hora de realizar uma compra ou contratar um serviço público. Com o avanço da tecnologia, facilitou o processo de aquisição. Dessa forma busca-se o aperfeiçoamento que garanta agilidade, eficiência, redução de tempo e de custos para administração pública. Nessa pesquisa buscou-se achar elementos que influencia na variação dos preços em Pregões Eletrônicos. Com isso apresenta o seguinte problema: Quais os fatores constitutivos do procedimento licitatório podem influenciar no ganho econômico para a Administração Pública com a utilização do Pregão Eletrônico? Cujo tem como objetivo geral da pesquisa: Verificar os impactos que as variáveis independentes, Números de Fornecedores, Número de Lances, Dados na Disputa e a Quantidade Comprada, promove na variável dependente Preço de Venda do produto em Pregoes Eletrônicos. Para atingir o objetivo foi utilizada a modelagem de regressão linear composta, e constatou-se que entre as variável testadas a variável independente Número de Fornecedor impactou de maneira positiva na variável dependente Preço de Venda do Produto em Pregões Eletrônicos. Este trabalho e todo estudo realizado teve um resultado satisfatório, assim traz maior vantagem na utilização do Pregão Eletrônico, pois promove a diminuição dos gastos que gera economia e assim aumenta a quantidade de interessados que consequentemente resulta em maior número de oferta. Beneficia todo o setor público e lucra em seus orçamentos financeiros.

The theme of this course completion work is highlighted in a bidding modality, Electronic Auction, which makes a lot of difference when it comes to making a purchase or hiring a public service. With the advancement of technology, it facilitated the procurement process. In this way, it is sought the improvement that guarantees agility, efficiency, reduction of time and costs for public administration. In this research we tried to find elements that influence the price variation in Electronic Predictions. With this, it presents the following problem: What constitutive factors of the bidding process can influence the economic gain for the Public Administration with the use of the Electronic Bidding? The main objective of the research is to verify the impact of the independent variables, Supplier Numbers, Number of Bids, Data in Dispute and Quantity Purchased, in the dependent variable Selling Price of the product in Electronic Jobs. In order to reach the objective, the composite linear regression model was used, and it was verified that among the variables tested, the independent variable Vendor Number positively impacted the dependent variable Selling Price of the Product in Electronic Predictions. This work and all the study carried out had a satisfactory result, thus it brings greater advantage in the use of the Electronic Call, since it promotes the reduction of the expenses that generates economy and thus increases the amount of interested parties that consequently results in a greater number of offer. It benefits the entire public sector and profits in its financial budgets.
