EFEITOS DE SENTIDO DO EPIMITIO: ENTRE O DISCURSO E A ARGUMENTAÇÃO

Com este trabalho se objetiva analisar os aspectos de discursividade e de
argumentação presentes na construção de um epimitio. Como corpus tem-se o epimitio
da fábula intitulada “A galinha Reivindicativa”, contida na obra Fábulas Fabulosas,
de Millôr Fernandes. O plano teórico escolhido é o do imbricamento entre a Análise do
Discurso de linha francesa, fundamentada pelo filósofo Michel Pêcheux, com a Nova
Retórica, de Chaïm Perelman e Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca. A proposta é assentada na
propriedade de se investigar a relação entre Formações Discursivas, juntamente com
as estratégias argumentativas presentes na construção do lógos (λόγος). Desse modo,
chega-se à percepção de que as condições sócio-históricas de produção do dizer,
aliadas ao jogo argumentativo, sinalizam para um plano de (re)produção de efeitos de
sentido, cuja propriedade argumentativa se acentua de modo a propiciar a
desconstrução de certas perspectivas significativas, estabelecidas pela impressão de
transparência da linguagem.

This work aims to analize aspects of discursivity and argumentation
present in the epimitio construction. The corpus is made of the fable “A galinha
Reivindicativa”, which makes part of Fábulas Fabulosas (free translation: Fabulous
Fable) by Millôr Fernandes. The theoretical plan chosen is the imbrication between the
French Discourse Analysis, well-grounded by the philosopher Michel Pêcheux based on
the New Rhetoric by Chaïm Perelman and Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca. The proposal lies on
the investigation of the relation among Discursive Formations in conjunction with
argumentative strategies present in the construction of lógos (λόγος). Therefore, it
comes to the perception that the social-historic conditions of production of saying,
allied to the argumentative game, point out a plan of (re)production of meaningful
effects whose argumentative property stresses up to the point of offering a
deconstruction of certain significant perspectives set by the impression of language
transparency.
