A presente pesquisa parte da compreensão da relação entre Educação Populare direitos humanos através da Interculturalidade e Decolonialidade. Fundamentada sobre os conceitos de Interculturalidade, Educação Popular e Direitos Humanos, repensando assim, de queforma contribuem para a libertação dos sujeitos e construção de uma Educação Humanizadora, frente as contradições do sistema capitalista opressor.Entre outras coisas, a Educação Populare Direitos Humanos torna-se física e palpável,no momento em que é construída pelos sujeitos,na intenção de preservarem suas formas de vida, resistência e luta. Em momentos sombrios como estamos vivendo nos anos de 2015-2022, discutir acerca de Educação Popular e Direitos Humanos, nos leva a compreender uma luta histórica marcada por conquistas e retrocessos desde 1960, nas quais, temos resultados práticos e palpáveis de uma articulação movida pelo âmbito da Educação e Movimentos Sociais.

This research starts from the understanding of the relationship between Popular Education and human rights through Interculturality and Decoloniality. Based on the concepts of Interculturality, Popular Education and Human Rights, thus rethinking how they contribute to the liberation of subjects and the construction of a Humanizing Education, in the face of the contradictions of the oppressive capitalist system. Among other things, Popular Education and Human Rights becomes physical and palpable, when it is built by the subjects, with the intention of preserving their ways of life, resistance and struggle. In dark times like we are experiencing from 2015-2022, discussing Popular Education and Human Rights leads us to understand a historical struggle marked by achievements and setbacks since 1960, in which we have practical and tangible results from an articulation driven by the scope of Education and Social Movements.
