O presente artigo tratará da educação intelectual como temática central do Teeteto de Platão. Em uma perspectiva de ensino e aprendizagem das ideias, pretende-se apontar como a maiêutica, a arte do parir, pode transformar um homem que nada conhece ou que conhece apenas ilusões falsas em alguém que conhece verdadeiramente. O caráter da verdade das coisas é o objeto central da dialética, que procura, ademais, verificar como o homem pode descobrir, por si só, aquilo que é Uno dentro da multiplicidade de conhecimentos que possuímos, os quais podem ser considerados, na verdade, meras impressões e opiniões. Não nos situando apenas no campo delas, é necessária, sob a inspiração platônica no Teeteto, uma educação intelectual tal que possa fazer-nos alcançar o conhecimento, descobrindo, assim, a verdade. Para isso, é fundamental a arte dialética, que serve como luz à busca permanente do conhecimento.
The present article will treat the intellectual education like central theme of the Plato’s Teeteto. In a perspective of teaching and learning of ideas, intend to point to appear like maieutic, the art of give birth, can change a man who nothing knows or that whom knows only false illusions in someone that really knows. The character of the truth of the things is the central object of the dialectic, that looks, moreover, to verify how the man can discover, by himself, what it is One inside the multiplicity of knowledges that we have, which can be considered, in truth, mere impressions and opinions. In not situating only in the field of them, is necessary, under the Platonic inspiration in the Teeteto, an intellectual education such that can make us reach the knowledge, discovering, so, the truth. For that, the art of dialectic is fundamental, which serves as a light to the permanent search of the knowledge.
