Apresentacomo objetivo central: identificar como se deu a produção do conhecimento progressista no campo da educação física entre 1980 a1995. Em relação aos principais relação a seu passado positivista e reducionista de ciência, produziu obras clássicas que podemser classificadas em três grupos em relação aos seus objetivos, são eles: obras de denúncia (Histórica, conjunturapolíticae etc.), denúncia e exposição de estudo ou experiência ecrítica comproposição metodológica de ensino.
This bibliographical research refers to a re-reading of the production of knowledge of physical education between 1980 and 1995. It presents as central objective: to identify how the production of progressive knowledge in the field of physical education occurred between 1980 and 1995. In relation to the main results, we pointed out that the area of physical education, when criticizing its positivist and reductionist past of science, produced classicworks that can be classified into three groups in relation to their objectives: they are works of denunciation (Historical, political conjunctureand etc.), denunciation and exposition of study or experience and criticism with methodological teaching proposition.
